Prevents soil erosion and groundwater contamination from industrial wastewater seepage. Complies with industrial environmental protection standards and reduces maintenance costs associated with channel repairs.
Remove industrial residues, oil stains, and loose debris from the channel. Clean the surface with water and ensure complete drying before installation.
Roll out the cement blanket along the channel, ensuring tight fit with walls and bottom. Overlap joints by 15cm and secure with corrosion-resistant anchor bolts (stainless steel recommended).
Spray water evenly on the blanket, avoiding direct contact with industrial wastewater during curing. Allow 48 hours for initial hardening and 10 days for full strength development before allowing industrial wastewater flow.
